Adv. Kunal Bhanage

Adv. Kunal has an invaluable and rich experience in handling various types of litigations since last two decades. The scope of his litigation expertise covers a wide range including corporate and commercial, intellectual property rights, arbitrations writ under Constitution of India. He has also extensive experience in domestic and international arbitration. Kunal has focused on recently introduced Insolvency Law. He argued key issues of interpretation at the early stage of development of jurisprudence on the subject. He is also a Govt. pleader for Government of Maharashtra on the Original side of Bombay High Court. He is a member of Bombay Bar Association.

Adv. Gopal Naik

Adv.Gopal is Senior Partner in VLS and he is a Post Graduated from Dept. Of Law, University of Mumbai having more than 35 years of rich and varied Corporate experience and worked with leading Corporates such as Bharat Petroleum Corporation, Reliance Industries and his last assignment was as General Counsel of Aditya Birla Retail Ltd (AB Group). He has been eminently known in the Retail Industry and was accoladed with various national and international awards for his wisdom in corporate legal domain which also reflects his contribution to the Industry. He has been associated with various Industry Associations including committee member of BIS besides he being a visiting faculty of leading B Schools in Mumbai.

Adv. Darshan Naik

Adv.Darshan is a Partner in VLS and having more than eight yrs. legal practice coupled with corporate exposure prior to law practice. He has professional qualifications Bachelor of Law, Master of Law, Master in Labor Management, and PG Diploma in IPR (European & US Laws) with excellent working experience. Has expertise in commercial, property laws, legal compliance, legal risk analysis and its mitigation besides his forte in RERA and counsel practice. Over a period, has developed special skills in handling corporate matters, financial recovery and contract management.

Adv. Reshma Shirke

Adv. Reshma is an Associate in VLS having nearly 3 decades of experience in the legal space and she is a product of Govt. Law College, Churchgate, and Mumbai. She has rich experience and exposure in the field of Property Laws, Civil and Criminal matters.

Shri.Pandurang B Khandare

Khandare is a mentor and philosopher and is a retired as a senior level officer from Greater Mumbai Municipal Corporation of Mumbai (MCGM). His last assignment in the Corporation was an Assessor & Collector of Taxes and also held the position of Head of Octori, assessment and collection in the Corporation. He had more than 38 years of rich and wide experience in various capacities in his stint in MCGM. He is associated with leading Corporates, multinational companies, banks in the capacity of Advisor and has deep understanding of property tax related matters.

Shri.Mohan Naik

Naik has more than 33 yrs. of rich and varied experience and worked in various Departments of Greater Mumbai Municipal Corporation. Has specialization in the field of Octroi, Property Tax Assessment and Municipal licenses. He has been advising various banks and leading Corporates on Property Tax and Municipal licenses related matters.

Adv. Akanksha

Adv. Akanksha is an associate in VLS with Masters of Law from Alliance University, Bangalore and Master of Arts from University of Mumbai and has more than 7 years’ experience in legal practice and is specialized in litigation, contract drafting in addition to compliance and knowledge management.
